And we do it all! While we are best known for our fabulous Marvin Window installations, we also do roofing, doors, gutters, siding, painting and interior design and remodel. Pat S. The entrepreneurial spirit of Total Home was sparked at a very early age for owner/operator Pat Strand. Fresh out of high school, Pat found an opportunity in his local market for rehabbing and reselling homes. Eager to get involved in the market around him and lacking the traditional desire to further his education through classrooms, tuition and textbooks, Pat set out on his own path to conquer the community–one home at a time. After several years of “hands-on” learning and training, Pat stepped away from the rehabbing business and entered into an opportunistic new business venture that would put Pat’s innate leadership skills to the test. Pat spent the next several years taking that “tiny guttering company” from infancy through to adolescence. Pat led the company in its sales and project management activities for Siding, Windows, Painting, Kitchens/Baths and Decks. Shortly thereafter, the company was renamed to better reflect its new direction: Total Home.
