Specialties Purrfect Pets is a nonprofit cat rescue and adoption agency. History Established in 2003 Purrfect Pets was started to help cats in need. We rescue cats that could potentially end up in shelters and find them loving and permanent homes. Meet the Manager:
Elaine K. Elaine Doran has a life long love for animals, especially cats. She started Purrfect Pets in 2003 to provide a safe haven for cats until they find their forever home.
